BoxTime lists court pricing, slots, turf types, and stadium coordinates uploaded by independent arena operators. While we review descriptions, BoxTime does not verify turf sizes, lighting system quality, or locker room amenities.
Physical Injury Waiver
Playing team sports (football, cricket, tennis) carries risks of injury. BoxTime acts as a booking engine and is not responsible for physical injuries.
System Availability Limits
We target 99.9% booking server availability. However, service disruptions can occur due to hosting downtime or gateway maintenance.
We schedule maintenance during off-peak hours (2:00 AM – 4:00 AM IST) and announce outages beforehand.
If a system lag causes a double booking, BoxTime will resolve the issue by rescheduling the slot or issuing a refund.

Facility Compliance & Laws
Sports venues must obtain local business permits and police NOCs. BoxTime acts as a listing platform and does not verify operator business licensing.
